Where Oldies eat Goodies

This is a banner which i saw along Lorong Ah Soo. 'Western Chow, where the oldies eat goodies'! How interesting is that? I am going to try out this place and critic! www.westernchow.com
Visit them, the food looks lovely. How many hawker shops does this kind of advertising? This is where you can find them. Blokc 134 Lorong Ah Soo. Buses to that area include, 112,53,62 and 34. Nearest schools, Paya Lebar Methodist Primary and Secondary Girls' Schools, Yuing Seconday, Xin Hua Primary and PCF Kindergartens. Check them out and so will I!

Yesterday i chanced upon a homeless old man when i was walking back home. Under one of the blocks behind block 231 at Hougang Ave 1.What happened to the social service system here? Why does he have to sleep in the cold, under the block with a trolly to keep his things? It was a cold night last night. Where is the government with its new policies to help the old? Homeless old man with nothing but the clothes he is wearing, a trolly for a bag and a make shift bed. What happened to our 1st class society where everyone is looked after? I personally this is a disgrace where those who cannot look after themselves or do not have the means to are left alone like this. Hopefully this man can find the help he needs.
